The shop (products) is a great feature which allows you to sell your goods directly on KNKY.
To add a sellable product to your profile's shop, follow the same steps as for every other content item: tap the plus button and choose "Shop Item".
During product creation, you will have to enter the following information:
Item name.
Brand of the item (optional — sometimes it's your DIY stuff and that's okay ✅)
Category. KNKY features a pre-defined list of categories to choose from, but you can also select "Others" if none of those fit — in that case, we'll ask you to name your category so we can maybe add it to the list.
Item quantity. More on the technical side, but crucial when advertising the product.
Description. Go wild!
Details. Treat this like a tag feature but for goods — specify sizes, colors, shapes, any nuanced details — anything that will help describe the product at a glance.
Variations. Add colour variants or other options — up to 10 variants.
Size. Add available sizes — up to 10 variants.
The price.
Item photos. Add a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 photos. ⚠️ At least two photos are required to minimise confusion on the potential customer's end.
Once all these are filled out, feel free to add the product to your shop!
