How to Post to a Channel πŸ“

Written by Rebecca Mitchell

On KNKY, posting to your channel is the best way to keep your content exclusive and organized for your subscribers. Here's how to do it.

Using the Plus Button βž•

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom menu.

  2. Select "Post".

  3. From the dropdown menu, select your channel to post exclusively to your subscribers.

4. Upload your content:

  • πŸ“Έ Add your media β€” photo, video, or whatever you want to share

  • 😌 Select how you feel right now β€” adds a little personality to your post

  • Click "Next" to move on

5. Add an Unlock Thumbnail for your post β€” this is the preview fans will see before unlocking the content. Make it tempting! πŸ‘€ Then tap "Next."

6. Fine-tune your post with these extra settings:

  • ⏰ Schedule your post β€” pick a specific date and time to go live later. Perfect for planning ahead!

  • πŸ—“οΈ Set an expiration date β€” choose when the content should automatically become unavailable to fans.

Once everything looks good, click "Publish" β€” your content will be sent for approval before going live.

Heads-Up: Posting from Your Public Profile

If you post directly from your main profile using the Public or Followers audience options, your content goes to your public feed β€” not your channel.

So if your goal is to keep content exclusive to paying subscribers, always select your channel from the Post Audience dropdown when creating a post.
