You have the following tools at your disposal when it comes to managing services:

  1. Add new service.

  2. Edit.

  3. Activate/deactivate: this action allows you to temporarily disable some service from offering it to your fans when don't feel like providing it for now. πŸ’‘Pro tip: it's always better to deactivate the service first before you settle your mind on deleting it for good.

  4. Delete service.
ℹ️ Disclaimer: Featured services cannot be deleted, however you can just disable them if you do not wish to offer such services on your channel(s).

To add a new service to your arsenal, simply tap the "add new service" button on service management page. The process itself is fairly simple, let's go over the basics.

When creating a service, here's what you will need to come up with:

  1. βœ‹ Service type.
    There are 5 types currently:

    1. Request (universal type, choose this one for anything that doesn't make sense with the other types).

    2. Ratings (a rating request, it's very similar to plain Request type - this is our example of how you can utilize services on KNKY).

    3. Voice call and Video call (you kind of get the point what these requests represent, we feature a specific "Unit" field where you can specify the pricing model of the call, e.g. pay-per-minute or fixed duration)

    4. Chat fee: a specific request type for managing fan access to your DMs

  2. πŸ†” Service name. (something catchy to draw the attention and make it crystal clear what the request is about)

  3. ⏲️ Unit. (only for voice and video calls)

  4. πŸ“œ Includes (the description of the request, i.e. what the fan will get by purchasing this request)

  5. πŸ““ Short note (add a little spice here - something cute or enticing πŸ‘ it's totally optional)

  6. 🎨 Thumbnail/Icon (there are default ones in place already but nothing's stopping you to add your own branding here)

  7. πŸ’΅ Pricing.

    1. Fixed or minimum: by setting fixed prices, you only accept a definite sum of money for the request; minimum price however is just that - a minimum requirement which fans may exceed if they want/need to.

    2. Discount: set a discounted price and expiration date here (optional).

    3. Amount: the minimum on KNKY is $5, keep that in mind!

Once you have everything filled out, go ahead and tap that "Create new Service" button - your service is now ready to be used!
