Whenever someone shows their support β€” whether by subscribing, sending a tip, or purchasing one of your items β€” our system automatically sends them a personalised "thank you" message on your behalf. You can manage these messages in your Auto Messages settings (located here)

You can configure auto messages for the following events:

  • New subscriber

  • New follower

  • New tip

  • Unlocked Clips

  • Bought a shop item

  • Bought an event ticket

  • New request

βš™οΈ For each trigger, you can write your own custom message and attach media directly from your Vault β€” including photos, videos, and audio. Multiple media attachments are supported.

You can also set up per-channel or per-plan auto messages β€” so subscribers to different subscription tiers receive a tailored message, while any triggers not specifically configured will fall back to your global auto message settings.

If a fan subscribes and triggers both the "New subscriber" and "New follower" auto messages, only the subscriber message will be sent β€” so fans never receive duplicate messages.
