When starting out as a creator on KNKY, you will first have to get through the sign up form. It's fairly simple:
Tap "Sign up as Creator" option for a creator account (if you have already signed up as a fan - don't worry, it's still possible to convert your account to creator in account settings easily)
Fill in your email and come up with a password.
Make sure to tick the checkbox to confirm your age and compliance with the platforms terms and policies.
Alternatively, sign up through socials!
Once signed up, you'll be asked to fill in your Account Information:
First Name and Last Name (private)
Display Name (visible to everyone on the platform)
Username (visible to everyone on the platform)
Date of Birth
Hit Complete to move on.
You'll also receive a link to verify your email automatically after sign-up - don't miss it!
⚠️ Without email verification, you won't be able to pass KYC (identity verification) and launch your profile.

After completing your account information, you'll land on a welcome screen.
Tap "Verify my account" to begin identity verification (KYC). Make sure you have the following ready:
A mobile phone (the quickest way to capture required images)
A government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver's license)
A recent utility bill or credit card statement showing your full name and address
Not ready yet? Tap "View Profile" to explore your profile first — you can return to verification from your settings at any time.
Once verified, a "Complete profile" prompt will appear. Tap it to launch the setup wizard.
Setting Up Your Profile
The setup wizard walks you through a few quick steps:
🖼️ Add a Profile Picture — visible to everyone on the platform; cannot be explicit
🔏 Personal Information — date of birth and phone number (private; used for identity verification, account security and location-based services)
🍑 Your 'KNKS' — select between 5 and 20 kinks that relate to your content. These appear on your Creator profile and in Search to help fans discover you. You can edit these anytime.
