Your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel it. If canceled, access to the subscribed content continues until the current period ends.
To cancel your subscription please follow the steps below...
On a Desktop
Log into knky.co, click your profile image (top right) and select 'My Profile',
Click on 'Subscribed' in your feed menu (shown below),
Click on the Channel or Collab you wish to unsubscribe from,
Under the Subscriptions heading on the left, click 'Unsubscribe' (shown below),
Select the reason for your cancellation and click 'Unsubscribe' (shown below).
On a Mobile Device
Log into knky.co, click your profile image (bottom right),
Click on 'Subscribed' in your feed menu (shown below),
Select the Channel or Collab you wish to unsubscribe from,
Under the Subscriptions heading at the top, click 'Unsubscribe' (shown below),
Select the reason for your cancellation and click 'Unsubscribe' (shown below).
