Sending a Mass Message
To create a mass message, head over to chat icon -> Settings -> New Mass Message.
When creating a mass message, you have the following features at your disposal:
✉️ Message: The text part of your mass message — anything goes here.
🔗 Attach: The content part of your message. You can attach:
A Media item (photo or video from your Vault)
A channel Post (with all its contents)
A Service (configured in your service management — more detail here)
👯 Send to (Audience): Choose who receives your message. You can select one or more audiences at once:
Followers
Active Subscribers
Expired Subscribers
Custom List (a combination of subscription/fan type which you can name and save)
🚫 Exclude List: Optionally exclude specific fans or groups from receiving the message — useful when a fan appears in more than one audience list to avoid duplicate sends.
🥭 Send Type: Either "Directly" (instant send-out) or "Scheduled" (choose a future date and time).
👁 View Conditions: Free or Pay-to-view. Note that you cannot set a price if the attached content is a post.
